Dr. Samuel Forlenza is the Director & Owner of Injury Care Centers.  As Clinic Director, Dr. Forlenza provides critical care and treatment of injured patients in need of accident injury care.  In this role, he treats patients dealing with auto accident injuries, injury from exercise, sports injuries and more.  Dr. Forlenza and his team at Injury Care Center provide patients with pain management and rehabilitation, which includes a variety of therapeutic exercise, decompression therapy and other multidisciplinary approaches to rehabilitation.  In his 30+ years of experience, Dr. Forlenza and his team at Injury Care Centers have treated a wide variety of injuries, including lumbar spine rehabilitation, whiplash and spinal trauma and myofascial pain.

Volunteer Baseball Coach
Dr. Samuel Forlenza is a lifelong baseball fan.  A former amateur baseball player, Dr. Forlenza continues to harbor a love of the game.  He has previously volunteered his time as a Volunteer Baseball Coach.  Dr. Forlenza is a proud fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and has worked with Single A Baseball players in the past.
